Tournament Hotel Reservation Policy
We are a stay to play event, but understand that most teams will not need hotels. However, if you do we require participants to reserve rooms through our designated registration system with T2C Sports. Teams not following this procedure will not be considered for tournament acceptance. In addition, rooms are non-commissionable to travel agencies or 3rd party reservation companies. T2C Sports has taken the initiative and secured rooms at local “team friendly” hotels. By doing this, T2C Sports has guaranteed tournament participants room availability at top quality hotels with competitive prices, great proximity to playing fields, and team-oriented amenities.

A note on Travel Plans:
All teams should plan on playing at 8:00 AM on Sunday morning, and playing until 4:00 PM on Sunday afternoon.
