The 2022-2023 Tryouts and Academy Assessment dates and schedule have been set. Teams will be based on Birth Year due to US Soccer Regulations.
To register on-line click here. This will save you time at tryouts! Those players who do not register online should arrive 45 minutes early to register the first night they come to tryouts.
We will be holding tryouts for teams for the 2022-2023 season that begins in August. The tryouts and Academy Assessment will be held at the Pepsi Regional Soccer Complex at Henry Fork Regional Park. Junior & Youth Academy Assessments Monday May 16 & Wednesday May 18. Monday May 16 & Wednesday May 18 11U & 12 B&G. Supplemental HS Girls Tryouts Tuesday May 17 (2007 - 2004). 13U & 14U (2010 - 2009) B&G Monday May 23 & Tuesday May 24. 15U (2008)Girls Wednesday May 25 & Thursday May 26. Boys U15 to 19U (2008 to 2004)Teams Wednesday May 25 & Thursday May 26. Players should check in 30 minutes prior to the listed tryout time. The tryout schedule is as follows:

Registration requires a complete online registration and $40 tryout fee (this can be paid online) if paid online in advance. The week of tryouts the tryout fee will be $50. Tryout fee is non refundable. Players will receive a t-shirt at check in of their first night at tryouts. Please note: Collection of birth certificates, photos and Medical Waivers will be done at team meetings following the formation of teams. Please do not bring these items to tryouts.
Player to bring: Shin guards, soccer ball and water.
Player trying out only needs to attend one of the tryout sessions. It is recommended that the player attend both sessions to maximize his/her time in front of the evaluators. (It is not mandatory to attend both sessions.)
Players will tryout in the proper age group unless approved in advance. Contact doc@cvysa.org in advance of tryouts to make special arrangements.
