How do I sign up for a camp or clinic?
All of our camp and clinic registration is done through our Oasys Sports registration module. You can access Oasys by clicking on the "Register" links on each programming page or on our home page. If this is your first time using Oasys you will need to create a login and password for your family. From there you can add your athlete(s) to the system. All participants in our camps and clinics MUST be registered through Oasys in order to participate - this is where you sign a waiver for your athlete.
I forgot my Oasys password - how do I get in?
If you forgot your password or have an issue with your Oasys account you need to contact Oasys Sports directly at 888-627-9799.
Am I able to register onsite?
Technically, yes - but we will just provide you on a computer to register online so you can complete the waiver required. Remember - in order to participate in any of our programs your athlete must be registered in Oasys. If you have access to a computer before you come we recommend you register in advance to guarantee a spot. We do accept walkins, but there is no guarantee you will get into the camp if it is full, for more information on our walkins policy see the Camp and Clinics Policy page.
Am I able to register over the phone?
We are unable to circumvent the online waiver requirement so you will need to register online.
Do I have to pay to hold my spot?
YES, you must make payment online in advance. You are not registered and guaranteed a spot until you are paid in full.
Can I walk into a camp or clinic?
It is highly unlikely space will be available. By not registering in advance you are not guaranteeing yourself a spot on the camp or clinic roster and you could be turned away if we are full. All walkins must will be charged the full camp rate and must be registered in Oasys in order to participate.
What is camp credit?
Camp credits are are located in Oasys Sports under "Family Credit." If you have paid for a camp or clnic and then cannot attend you are given a credit in your Oasys account. The dollar amount you paid for the camp or clinic will sit in Oasys until used. Camp credits can be transferred between family members. When you go to register for your next camp or clinic the credit will automatically be applied to your balance. For more information on absences, refunds and withdrawling from a camp or clinic please read our Camp and Clinic Policies.
How does the WAITLIST status work?
Generally speaking, we keep a small waitlist of participants within the OASYS SPORTS system for some camps/clinics. Once full the system will no longer accept campers and will, instead, waitlist participants. When an athlete is 'waitlisted' they are simply on a waiting list should someone withdraw from the camp which could happen just prior to the camp occuring. Those on the waitlist will ONLY be contacted if/when a space opens up to accommodate them.
How do I register my athlete when a program is 'member only' or requires a special "program code"?
For MEMBER ONLY offerings and those programs that REQUIRE a special PROGRAM CODE follow these instructions: Log into Oasys >>> Find your athlete and select "Register for a Program" >>> Enter the provided PROGRAM CODE in the "PROGRAM CODE" search box and click enter. >>> Then proceed.

How do I know what camp or clinic to sign up for?
If you are unsure of where you fit in our programming take a look at our camp descriptions. If you still have questions please give us a call at 919-462-8196 and our staff can guide you through the process.
How do I know when my child is ready to move from YVP to Classic? Classic to Xtreme?
Age and experience dictate where your child should start within our programming. Our camp and clinic staff can recommend if your child stay in the series that they started in or are ready to move up to the next series. There are age restrictions for certian series camps and clinics. If we feel your child is not placed in the appropriate camp we will reach out to you and re-register them.
Would I go to the same camp or clinic more than once?
Volleyball is a technical, multi-contact sport. The success of an individual and their team is the abillity to 'better the ball' on each and every contact. It takes considerable repitition of fundamental skills [passing, setting, hitting, serving, defense, blocking] to develop proficiency and advance in the sport. Our Classic and Xtreme levels are designed to provide that valuable repitition coupled with quality feedback to improve every aspect of your athletes's game.
Do you offer anything for adults?
We do not have any adult programming. There are several leagues throughout the Triangle that will rent our facility for adult leagues and programming. We are unable to pass along information about these programs. If you are an adult interested in private lessons, we have several coaches on staff that work with adults.
Location
Where are your programs located?
Everything is hosted at our Wake Competition Center facility, 121 Competition Center Drive, Morrisville, NC. Our facility has 8 courts and is located just south of I-40 and the RDU airport off Aviation Drive or McCrimmon Parkway.
Where do I check in once I get to Triangle?
Our check in desk is immediately inside the facility.
Do you have food onsite?
|
We have a vending services only for drinks and snacks. If your camp has a lunch break you must bring your own lunch. Food is not provided with any of our camps or clinics. The WCC Cafe is open in the hockey building. You can pre-order your athlete's lunch if desired. It is a safe and very short walk to the cafe. |
