COVID Policy
We have implemented the following guidelines and policies to help limit the risk of Covid for our campers and staff.
-Symptom checks will be required prior to camp check-in via a symptom/risk form.
-We will require daily Covid symptom checks for campers and staff.
-Masks will be required during entire camp sessions for all staff and campers.
-Hand sanitizer stations will be available at all gyms.
-We will maintain smaller training groups for the camp sessions, thus limiting exposures.
-Balls will be sanitized between each session.
-We have reduced our total camper and group numbers to further limit exposures.
-We have limited overnight stay camps to Team camps only, with teams staying together in smaller groups.
-Any camper exhibiting symptoms that could be attributable to Covid will be sent home immediately after calling parents.
-We will not be busing to other sites with our day campers.
-Team campers will provide their own transportation for their groups to other sites.
Athletic event protocols will be governed by Nebraska Athletics, Big Ten, and NCAA guidelines and policies. These guidelines may change as COVID-19 conditions evolve and in keeping with corresponding federal, state, and local measures. Any event can be cancelled without notice at any time, even if previously approved, at the university’s discretion in the interest of health and safety.
Policy implemented if directed by Health Department
