Pool Party Request

Event Rules:
Pavilion Rental $50.00
$3 per non member guest fee (child or adult)
Rental and Guest Fees will be invoiced and must be paid to secure party once approval has been received

Max guest limit is 25
The Pool does not close to host private parties.
All parties over 5 guests must be adult supervised.
Alcoholic beverages may be served to guests over the age of 21.
Please make sure that only paper and plastic cups/plates are used for serving and eating.
NO CERAMIC OR GLASS ALLOWED.
Members will have use of grills and two picnic tables during pool hours.
Events may not be scheduled after 5PM (Fri, Sat, or Sun)
Members may have up to 6 guests these nights, but shelter may not be reserved. (Board Policy 1/4/04)

10:00AM - 9:00PM (Mon-Sat)
12:00PM - 9:00PM (Sunday)

This is the non-refundable $300 application fee for new membership applications, and it applies toward your initiation fee. This fee secures your spot on the waitlist for membership. Once a membership becomes available, you will be contacted by our membership committee. At that time, to join and gain full membership access and privileges, you must pay the balance of the initiation fee, plus annual fees for the joining year. The Initiation fee is $3,000. The amount of initiation fee and annual dues to be paid depends upon the timing of your acceptance of a membership offer.

Junior Team Tennis is a Team Event and in the Spring the winners of each local (Charlotte) division are eligible for advancement to the North Carolina State Tournament. Further advancement to Sectionals and Nationals are only available for “advancing” teams which have additional team requirements in order to classify as “advancing”. There is no State Championship for the fall season.
