The Director – Coaching is a non-voting director position, which will work closely with the Co-Vice Presidents to ensure that teams are adequately staffed with qualified coaches. The Director – Coaching position reports to the Board and is responsible for attracting and developing coaches for all age levels, excluding the high school level. This would include programs with our partner clubs that may include, but not be limited to the following:

• Boys Middle School (7-8 grade)
• Girls Middle School (6-8 grades)
• Boys U9, U11 and U13
• Girls K-2nd grade and 3rd -5th grade

Director of Select Program is a non-voting director position that makes direct recommendations to the board in how to run its select teams in the  off-season.

The Director – Facilities is a non-voting director position that reports to the Board and is responsible for seeking and procuring field space for practices and games. The Director – Facilities will work closely with the Co-Vice Presidents to ensure that teams have adequately field space for the season.

The Director – Community Outreach is a non-voting director position and is responsible for increasing community awareness and involvement in youth lacrosse. This position reports to the Board and will:

• Enhance the FMLC Internet presence and pursue ways to elevate our web site with various search engines.
• Develop effective use of social media such as Twitter and Facebook apps.
• Hold play days throughout the year, including the months leading up to the spring season.
• Pursue outreach and publicity for lacrosse via other media outlets including local newspaper, radio and television.
• Arrange participation in local events (e.g. - Baxter Market Day, Spring Festival, etc).
• Increase awareness within local schools.
