Junior Academy Program- our U8-U12 boys and girls  travel program is a more competitive program  and is for the player who is ready to commit the time and effort to a higher level of training.

The Junior Academy concept is based on the principle that for young children the process of learning should first and foremost be fun. We also recognize that young children progress in different ways and at different stages. The Academy concept emphasizes a “player development” approach rather than a strict competitive based environment. This program begins to bridge the gap between recreation soccer and select soccer, and is for the player who is ready to commit the time and effort to a higher level of training. Training must also be done at home to reinforce the skills learned each week.

Players are evaluated and placed in pools with players of similar ability to promote growth and development of each player.  The United States Soccer Federation and the US Youth Soccer Association have endorsed this method of teaching soccer.

Select Programs- our u13-U18 boys and girls travel program, is designed to develop players through technical and tactical training and competitive competition.

Team selection is determined at tryouts each May by our Directors of Coaching and team coaches. Players are selected to teams which the coaches feel will best fit the player’s ability and potential. From year to year, players may move from team to team within their age group depending on the coach's assessment at tryouts. Select soccer also requires a greater amount of personal and financial commitment.
