Strength & conditioning training will be provided by the Queens Sports Performance staff for camp athletes. Over the 5 weeks, the sessions will be led by a Sports Performance staff member and will focus on 30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of conditioning utilizing both the Queens Sports Complex weight room and athletic field. **Any exercise limitations/restrictions should be communicated with the Sports Performance Coach prior to beginning any exercise regimen**
