REFUNDS |
No refund will be granted a week prior of the camp/clinic start date. If refund request is before the week prior deadline (At least 8 or more days) of the camp begins, refunds will be granted minus a 5.75% convenience/administrative fee will be sent by check to the address provided on the account. |
CANCELLATIONS |
We reserve the right to cancel any camp up to a week before the camp begins. |
SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST |
All scholarship requests should be made, in writing, to your child’s current building principal. The building principal will request, if appropriate, scholarship monies awarded to students in need. This request will be sent, in writing, to the Phoenixville Summer Coordinator for consideration. The Phoenixville Summer Coordinator (Travis Ford-Bey) & Assistant Phoenixville Summer Coordinator will coordinate the next steps in registering the student for the camp. |
