NCYSA Approval Form: The NCYSA will provide your team, upon request, with a Team Player Information Form. The request must be made by a team rostered official to Susan Hartsell at susan@ncsoccer.org. Your email request must include the following: Your Name/Position, Club/Association Name, Team Gender, Team Age (e.g. U11), Team Name (as it appears on your NCYSA roster). In turn, Susan will send a link to the eTravel page (this is where NCYSA is handling these requests).  There is no fee for this service from NCYSA.  Please provide ample time for this process (up to two weeks). NOTE: Please do NOT request information on guest players from the NCYSA. See below for guest players.

Tournament Insurance: North Meck SC has secured supplementary insurance for tournament attendees. Your team does NOT need to apply for team insurance through US Club Soccer.

These are non-US Club & non-NCYSA teams.
