2017 College Commits
We are proud of these players and look forward to them being successful at the next level.
Patrick Siczek
Radford University

Patrick spent his entire 10 year club soccer career at Charlotte United starting at U9 at the Harris Y.  Over the years, his teams enjoyed much success including a number of tournament victories.  His greatest success came with his current team, 98 Gold.  That team was state cup champions in 2013 and advanced to the semi-finals of the Region III tournament in Oklahoma City that summer.  98 Gold then finished first in Region III Premier League East, which sent the team back to the Region III tournament - this time in Baton Rouge in 2014.  This success qualified the team for the U.S. Youth Soccer National League.  This was the first time a CUFC team qualified for that prestigious competition.

Patrick played high school soccer at Charlotte Catholic.  As a senior, Patrick was elected captain.  He scored 9 goals and contributed 8 assists on a strong team that finished 19-4-1.  Patrick enjoyed the rivalry games against the South Meck team which included many of his 98 Gold teammates.  Patrick showed versatility at Catholic moving from striker to outside back as needed.
