Classic
The highest level of play in North Carolina youth soccer. Classic soccer provides division play appropriate to the level of each team. The top eight teams in each age group statewide, for both boys and girls, compete in the Premier division. The remainder of the Classic teams compete in either 1st or 2nd Division, both representing top level play. At the end of each season, teams are realigned by the NCYSA between Premier, 1st and 2nd Divisions based on results of their regular season play.

Every year CVYSA awards scholarships to players that need financial assistance. A simple application is completed by the family and then it is reviewed by the scholarship committee. CVYSA is dedicated to the principle that no one should be excluded from play due to financial restrictions.
